IT Infrastructure System Engineer Job Description.

 

Job Summary:

 

Providing Software Services Including, Installation, Configurations and Support for Servers, Networks, and related Equipment’s and Software.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

 Closely work with Team Leader to report work progress and consult her/ him on technical issues.

 Collaborate with the Project Manager to get oriented on and acquainted with projects requirements.

 Communicate with clients for technical support.

 Conduct detailed surveys on the customer’s site to identify requirements.

 Ensure proper and timely installation of the solution infrastructure.

 Install and configure software and applications at the customers’ site, then ensure their proper working condition through testing.

 Author documentation on solutions delivered for clients; such as environment diagrams, installation/configuration documents and release notes.

 Provide technical support and administrative training for customers.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

 MCSE is a must and (MCITP: Ent. Administrator is preferred).

 Good knowledge in “certifications is preferred”:

1-MS Active Directory (Parent, child, Additional), DNS, DHCP, Print, File, WSUS

2-Network Management Solutions (System Center Operations Manager, System Center Configurations Manager, and HP-IMC).

3-Virtualizations Solutions (Hyper-v, VMWARE, Citrix, System Center Virtual machine manager).

4-High Availability Solutions.

5- Storage and SAN Solutions fair knowledge.

Sales Account Manager Job Description.

 

Job Summary:

 

To develop, manage, sustain and maximize revenue from Adaptive Solutions’ client accounts. All through proper understanding of the target market, proper positioning of company service and Products offerings to clients “including IBM, HP, Cisco, Microsoft, VMWARE and NetApp IT Infrastructure Solutions”, and management of business relationship with clients.

 

 Job Responsibilities:

 

  Keep an abreast knowledge of Adaptive Solutions targeted market, partners, competitors and service offerings as well.

  Address prospect customers with direct selling whilst establishing and maintain long term relations with potential and existing ones.

  Collaborate with the presales and marketing teams to develop tailored presentations, competitive proposals and offers for prospect customers.

  Properly negotiate the financial offers with clients and close sales deals.

  Analyze sales records to best allocate sales efforts wherever profitable, and recommend changes in the company service offerings, policies and procedures to maintain a competitive edge.

  Follow up progress in implementation of sold solutions with project managers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects, thus customer satisfaction.

  Coordinate with the marketing team in organizing tradeshows and promotional exhibitions.

  Establish and maintain an updated database of Adaptive Solutions’ customers, projects briefs and successful stories for testimonials.

 Closely work with Sales and Marketing Section Head in setting sales action plan, reporting progress of sales target achievement, and solving customers’ issues.

 Collaborate with the presales and marketing team to develop clients’ presentations, participate in exhibitions and marketing events.

 Collaborate with the accounting department and assist them in following up collections.

 Generate new opportunities at new clients and match their business needs with the Company designed IT Infrastructure Solutions.

  Build good business relationship with new prospect and existing clients.

 

Job Qualifications:

 

  Very good knowledge of the IT Infrastructure Solutions, field of work and service offerings including “HP, IBM, Cisco, Microsoft and NetApp Products” “Sales Related Certificates is Preferred”.

 Good planning, organizing and coordinating skills.

 Good communications and presentation skills.

 Good analytical and decision making skills.

 Good negotiation skills.

 Composure and able to work under pressure.

 Conduct continuous research on new technologies and solutions to keep abreast knowledge of the latest trends in the company field of work.

 Develop and conduct presentations and proof of concept demonstrations for potential customers in coordination with the sales account management team.

Job Summary:

 

Responsible for installing, troubleshooting and providing support on HP systems at customer site ( HP Proliant servers, HP c-class Blade System and HP Storage System ) and Similar IBM and Cisco Solutions.
